Casale Torricella is nestled in the woods of the Colline Metallifere and offers a stunning view stretching from the mountains, across the hills, all the way to the sea. Behind the house stands a centuries-old oak tree, a natural monument where you can unwind with a book or a glass of wine. The silence, tranquility, and mild climate guarantee you total relaxation, while the absence of light pollution lets you admire star-filled skies. The apartment is on the ground floor of the main house, converted from a recently renovated old stable. It features a double bedroom, a spacious living room with kitchen and sofa bed for two, fireplace, large bathroom, veranda with pergola overlooking the garden, and an infinity pool. Guests have access to the garden and pool. Inside, there is a space with books and publications about the local area, plus information on attractions and seasonal events. The owners are available to book e-bike rentals, horseback riding, hiking, or reserve a beach umbrella and loungers at a local seaside club. Other important information: The pool is shared and open from May to September, with dates depending on weather. Dogs are welcome but not allowed in the pool. The pool is mainly for relaxation and has rules that can be sent before arrival. We provide a change of sheets and towels after one week. The owners live on-site and are available for any needs during your stay. Firewood for the fireplace is available for an extra charge. Shared laundry facilities. Security cameras at entrances and in the garden for added safety.

The apartment is located in the historic center of a small medieval village, about 800 meters above sea level, at the entrance to a nature reserve. The air is fresh and clean, the environment is quiet, and the nights are starry thanks to the absence of light pollution. The recently renovated apartment features wooden beams, exposed walls, and glimpses of mountain stone. Its location is perfect for trekking, biking, reaching the coast, or visiting major art cities. The space is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, you will find a double bedroom with private bathroom and a small room with two single beds. The apartment has heating and an 80-liter boiler for hot water. The furnishings are rustic, functional, and pleasant. The ground floor bathroom includes a washing machine and drying rack. The two floors are connected by a beautiful terracotta staircase with a barrel vault, and the entrance opens onto a charming, recently restored alley. The environment is very quiet and cool in summer. Our apartment and the village are pet-friendly. In the village, you will find a bar, a pizzeria, a restaurant, and a farmhouse eatery just a few meters from the accommodation. Guests can rent e-bikes or a hiking guide, book a spot at a beach on the coast, or arrange a tasting at a local winery for an extra fee. The host is available to connect you or advise you on activities, places, and services in the area.
